TERMS OF SERVICE
1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Reservations: All tours are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Accuracy: You must provide accurate information regarding the number of passengers at the time of booking.
Payment Terms: The full amount must be paid at the time of ordering.
Payments Methods: We offer Paypal and Stripe platforms.
2. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Customer Cancellations: We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
Weather & Safety: The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
3. PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Arrival: Passengers must arrive at the departure point at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrival may result in the boat leaving without you and no refund being issued.
Safety Instructions: All passengers must follow the crew’s instructions and safety briefings without delay.
Conduct: The Company reserves the right to remove any passenger who is disruptive, under the influence of alcohol, or endangers the safety of others.
Identification: A valid ID or passport may be required for all passengers before boarding.
4. LIABILITY AND RISKS
Assumption of Risk: Passengers acknowledge the inherent risks of maritime activities, including motion sickness, marine life, and embarking/disembarking the vessel.
Limited Liability: The Company is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings brought on board.
Insurance: The vessel is insured for third-party liability as required by law. Passengers are encouraged to maintain their own travel insurance.
Indicative coverages:
Marine perils.
Fire and explosion.
Earthquake and lightning.
Collision.
Theft.
Malicious acts.
Piracy.
Civil liability for death or personal injury.
5. EQUIPMENT USE
Damage: Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vessel or equipment (e.g. Sea scooters, Snorkeling gear) due to negligence or misuse.
